I’m a compassionate human that’s committed to teaching clients how to take better care of their bodies through skilled and supportive hands-on care.

My approach is slow, intuitive and therapeutic in nature with an emphasis on preventative care.

I blend acupuncture, cupping, myofascial release and RMT modalitites into all of my sessions for maximum benefit.
